Fishwest is proud to offer free domestic shipping on (almost) everything in our store.  Items that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly noted in their description.  Our free method means that we use the most cost-effective shipping option available.  We use various services from UPS and USPS.  So, if you are leaving for Alaska in 5 days, please do not select free shipping.  Yes, our turn-around time will make your head spin and sometimes the postal service delivers ahead of schedule, but there are no time guarantees with free shipping.  Don't put your dream trip to New Zealand at risk just to save a few bucks on shipping.  If you are planning your trip well in advance and have time to spare, our free shipping option cannot be beat.

We offer free domestic shipping on just about everything in our store.  If a product is not eligible for free shipping, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders must be place by noon (mountain standard time) to be processed the same day.  If it is 4 PM on a Monday and you place an overnight order, it will be processed Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

• We will not falsify customs forms.  The customs form will report the exact value of what you paid for the products.
• You are responsible for any duties and import fees that your country may charge.  We cannot control the duties and import fees that your country charges.
• If you choose to refuse the shipment to avoid the charges, you are responsible for the return shipping charges or a 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
