The Airflo Light Trout Polyleader is designed with greater suppleness and shock absorption for use on light lines. Floating, hover, and intermediate leaders ensure the most delicate of presentations to spooky fish in lakes and spring creeks whilst the sinking versions allow nymphs to be fished at depth without adding weight to the fly or shot to the tippet. The 8' models keep the shadow of the line even further from the fly. 5' or 8' length Different sink rates to choose from.

These are terrific! Sink your line without shot. Casts great comes in 7 sink rates. I use the xfast the most.

These are awesome! These Light Trout are the ones you need for line sizes 2-5. I use the 5' ones on my 3wt and my 5 wt. They cast fine on both. Has a loop for the fly-line connection and tie a tippet ring on the fly end. Use 3-5' of tippet, or a short soft butted tapered leader. Presentation-wise I don't think it makes much difference. These are'nt for the most delicate of presentations. But with all the different densities you can get your fly where you want it. Its pretty fun testing out the different sink rates, and I like the hover. I use the X fast sink most often though.
