The Location

Our guides operate on the Provo and Weber Rivers, along with countless stillwater fisheries in the Uinta Mountains. This gives us the opportunity to take you to the best fishery, given the time of year and current weather and fishing conditions. Regardless of where you end up fishing, striking views of the Wasatch or Uinta Mountains are a given—along with the opportunity to catch wild rainbow, brown, or cutthroat trout in their natural habitat.

The Fishery

The Fishwest Fly Shop in Kamas, UT is located between some of Utah’s most productive blue ribbon fisheries. With the Uinta Mountains in our backyard and the Provo and Weber Rivers just a short drive away, our guests have the opportunity to fish for world-class brown and rainbow trout on the Provo River, aggressive browns and native cutthroats on the Weber, or resplendent brook trout, tiger trout, and cutthroat trout in the Uinta Mountains.
