I've tried a stack of rods and to me this one, is The perfect 5 wt. Its light powerful and accurate. Its really accurate in close as it should be; but also at mid ranges. It has amazing feel; its sensitive enough to feel the slightest bump or hesitation. It has a really light swing weight and my old arms can cast it all day. Its a beautifully crafted rod and probably the finest trout rod I own. You gotta try one!

Great rod. Super accurate and a nice swing. Not the best looking rod on the creek, but its a great caster.
