Renee Ann Fitts is a former MIT professor and biotech patent attorney spending her golden years fly fishing as much as possible. She feels very fortunate to be able to travel to premier fishing destinations around the world including Alaska, Cuba, Belize, and Argentina. 2018 was the year of the steelhead for her, with trips to Haida Gwaii, the Skeena, and the Babine. Striper fishing on the Sacramento Delta, kayak fishing in her home waters of the San Francisco Bay Area, fly tying, and rod building all fill those days when she's not on the road fishing. Renee is especially interested in helping fly fishing women to network and help find roommates for travel, fishing opportunities, and all around good fun.
