Domestic Shipping

Fishwest.com is happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.00 before tax. All orders under this threshold are subject to a standard $5.99 shipping charge. Additional shipping options are available during the checkout process.

Here at Fishwest.com we want your online shopping experience to be as simple as possible. Our goal is to ship all orders the same day as long as they are received before 1pm Mountain Time. In circumstances where an order is placed after 1pm Mountain Time, or over a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. That being said, we know that unique circumstances arise. If you need an order expedited please call us at 877-773-5437 or email us at support@fishwest.com, and we will try our best to accommodate.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. In fact, all APO/FPO addresses receive FREE shipping.

Any items that are to be returned or exchanged should be shipped back to us in the box/packaging that we sent the item to you. If the original box/packaging is not available, we kindly ask that the item(s) will be sent to us in a box/package equal or better to what we originally sent the item(s) in to ensure that your return arrives safely. If a shipping label is affixed directly to the product or manufacturer packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to obtain new retail display packaging from our suppliers for the affected product(s).

Domestic Shipping Return Policy

Fishwest.com stands behind the products that we carry and sell. If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and charges. The product must be unused in its original packaging. Items that are returned beyond 30 days or that do not have the original receipt will be eligible for Store Credit only if the products are unused and have original tags.

Used items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return. In cases of warranty or manufacturer defect please contact us for assistance.

In the case of an exchanges for a new product, we suggest placing a separate order for the item you want, and returning the old item for a full refund. This way, we can guarantee that your new order will arrive promptly, and that the desired items will be in stock.

fishwest.com offers a number of ways to make your return process as easy as possible: If you would like to return an order by mail, please include your fishwest.com order number with the package, and send to:

Or, come visit us in person with your receipt and fishwest.com order number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete your return without the original receipt.

After we have received your returned order and inspected the products, refunds are applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note: it may take up to two weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Please note that our return policy does not extend to sale items purchased in-store or online. These items are not eligible for return.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We do ship to any address in Alaska or Hawaii that is serviced by standard shipping providers. Just keep in mind, because you live in such a cool place, estimated delivery times aren’t an exact science. Packages have a long way to travel in order to get to you, and if you’ve selected a standard shipping option, it will be doing so via freight. If speed or exactness are a concern, please use one of the expedited shipping options.

Orders over $200 sent to Alaska or Hawaii get free Economy shipping.

Shipping available worldwide:

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from fishwest.com. Please note that USPS is not trackable once it leaves the United States unless you use a Global Shipping option. Please note that the customs form filled out by the Fishwest staff will report the exact value of the purchase price for all products. We Will Not falsify customs forms or mark packages as a gift.

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, taxes, duties, or import fees that the destination country may charge for our products. VAT, duties, and import taxes vary by destination country. International shipping charges are calculated and applied at time of checkout.

Fishwest.com has restrictions on freight forwarder orders. Each order will be assessed on an order-by-order basis. Fishwest.com reserves the right to terminate processing on any order.
