Waterworks Lamson — Born in Idaho
Waterworks was formed in 1996 when fishermen who were engineers decided to revolutionize one of the most utilized tools in an angler’s arsenal, the hemostat. Their solution was a game-changing tool rooted in catch and release practices that allowed for safe release of the fish without handling. The Ketchum Release was the tool, which was named after their hometown in Idaho. After the success of the Ketchum Release, the team turned their focus to Fly reels. 20 years later, the Waterworks Lamson is known for producing simple, function-driven fly reels trusted by guides and anglers around the world.
